Terry brings more than 40 years of experience in helping clients on Connecticut’s shoreline with probate, zoning and real estate matters. Furthermore, Terry’s established peer network has given him opportunities to collaborate with many legal professionals as well, including Attorneys Carmine Perri and Paul Knierim of Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri.
And, as of 2023, Terry made it official, joining Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri as Of Counsel, which has enabled him to offer his clients another level of support and guidance in addressing their estate planning and elder law needs.
Attorney Lomme served as the former Probate Judge for East Haddam and was the inaugural Judge for Saybrook Probate (established in 2010).
Terry earned his JD from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1980 and is admitted to the Bar in Connecticut and in Federal Court. Additionally, he uses his vast legal knowledge and experience to educate the public by presenting seminars about probate procedures.
Among Terry’s professional affiliations are Member of the Probate Assembly Executive Committee, Member of the National College of Probate Judges, and former President of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
